- 1 pc bananas
- 2 pcs peaches
- 1 tbsp
- gram saffron
- cup almond milk
- 4 cubes ice
Soak the selected amount of saffron in 2 tbsp. of warm almond milk.
Wait 10 minutes for the saffron to relax.
Peel and cut the banana and peaches into small pieces.
In a blender, add the chopped fruit. Add the rest of the almond milk, honey, and saffron mixture to them.
Add the desired amount of ice and blend with the blender, until a smooth consistency is obtained for the energy smoothie.
Pour it into a glass and enjoy your homemade honey and saffron smoothie.
